Can UK arrivals please indicate the time you expect to arrive at the resort. For Spanish and Portuguese arrivals please indicate your expected flight arrival time. Please note that checking in time at all Macdonald Resorts is from 5pm on the day of arrival, access to your accommodation before 5pm cannot be guaranteed.

Airport Transfers

Our Resort Reservations team can assist with transfers from Malaga or Faro Airport to our Spanish and Portuguese resorts or you can book direct through our prefered partner Ruby Blue Transfers here.

Spa & Beauty Treatments

Most of our resorts have on-site spa and/or or beauty treatments available for guests. Facilities and available treatments vary per resort, please contact your resort directly to book treatments before arrival to guarantee availability. For more details visit our Spa Breaks page.

Additional Charges

No one like surprises so here’s a few additional charges that apply at our Resorts:

  • Electricity: Your electricity consumption is metered and is payable at the Resort Reception on departure.
  • If you’re staying for a longer break you can request additional towels, housekeeping and linen changes. These are optional extras and prices vary per location and lodge. Please ask your Reception for more details.
  • To avoid any unnecessary administration fees, we ask that all accounts are fully settled prior to departure.
