At Macdonald Resorts we understand how challenging it's been for everyone who's had their holidays cancelled or delayed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. We also know how much we all need a holiday, now more than ever!
We've taken everyone's feedback into account and reviewed all terms and conditions for future bookings. Then, when the time comes for you to book again, this will help you make a informed decision and book with your next resort holiday with confidence. Here's our key updates, all with immediate effect:
- Deposits - All you need to secure any new booking more than 4 weeks away is a £49 deposit (previously 25% of holiday cost)
- Balances - Your remaining balance is not payable until 28 days before you depart (previously 8 weeks). This applies to new and existing bookings.
- Amendments - Any booking can be changed once to alternative dates within 12 months of your original booking. The only cost is if your new booking is a higher value, then you will just have to pay any difference.
