Dear Member

We continue to follow the advice issued by the UK Government we are now in the process of implementing our contingency plan for continuity of business. In view of the increasing restrictions being put in place, and our wish to ensure the continued health and well-being of guests and staff, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close all our UK Resorts from Tuesday 24th March 2020 at 10am until further notice.

For guests currently on site, a member of our resorts team will be in contact with you to arrange departure details.

  • Initially we will be rearranging all member bookings made in the UK and Spain up to
    the end of May.
  • Members have the option to transfer their holiday dates, subject to
    resort availability, to an alternative time in 2020 (free of charge and without any points penalty) or save their points for future use.

The Member Services Department in Aviemore is now closed and we have switched to home working with immediate effect. Our teams all have secure access to our IT & Management systems, our phone lines are also being impacted and we are working with our IT department to improve our accessibility over the coming weeks.

If you have a confirmed booking at any of our Resorts before the end of May, it is our
intention to make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. Our response time will inevitably be slower, so we ask for your continued patience and understanding whilst our teams address these issues.

This is a challenging period for us all, but we will get through this! We will of course continue to update you on a regular basis on all developments and thank you once again for your understanding.
